• Each weld is expertly blended and polished to ensure a smooth and sanitary finish.
• The brewing platform and stairs/ladder are made from high-quality 304 stainless steel and come with adjustable foot pads for platform leveling.
• The hard piping and brewhouse manifold are also made from 304 stainless steel and feature butterfly valves, sight glass, and all necessary clamps and gaskets to connect the tanks.
• The steam condensation stacks are made from 304 stainless steel, and there is a sanitary centrifugal pump included for transferring mash, wort, or hot water.
• There is a fixed or variable speed agitator and rake system in place for efficient lautering and removal of spent grain.
• A high-efficiency multi-pass plate type heat exchanger is included with a thermometer and port for an aeration stone (stone not provided).
